Launch price terms
This translation is provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
In plain words
If you reserve now and activate your account when we launch Faenup, you will pay the launch price as long as you keep your subscription without interruption. If you cancel and come back later, you will pay the price in force at that time.
1. What the launch price is
It is a reduced price for the first Faenup accounts. It is a recurring price, not a one-off payment: it applies at every renewal of your subscription, monthly or annual, as long as the terms on this page are met.
2. Prices
Faenup is designed for the self-employed and businesses, which is why prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
The annual price equals ten monthly payments, for both the regular and the launch price. The Gestoría plan is charged per client company, with a minimum of 5 companies.

3. How long it is available
The launch price is available until 1 July 2027 or for the first 500 accounts, whichever comes first.
4. How to reserve
- Sign up in the reservation form and confirm your email with the link we send you.
- Each confirmed reservation counts toward the first 500 accounts, in order of confirmation, and locks in the launch price for you.
- Unconfirmed reservations do not count and are deleted after 7 days.
- Reserving is free and does not commit you to anything: you pay nothing now and you do not have to subscribe.
5. Activating your account
When Faenup is ready, we will let you know by email. To keep the launch price, you must activate your account within 30 days of that notice. If you do not, your place is released and no longer counts toward the first 500 accounts.
6. Reservations after the deadline or the limit
Reservations confirmed when the launch price is no longer available, because the deadline has passed or the 500 places have already been taken, stay on the list and receive the launch notice, but without the launch price.
7. How long the price lasts
- You keep the launch price as long as your subscription stays active without interruption.
- If you cancel and come back later, the launch price is not kept: you will pay the price in force at that time.
- If you change plan, you move to the launch price of the new plan.
- We may change the regular prices in the future, but not the launch price of a subscription that remains active without interruption.
8. What is not included
VAT is not included. Add-on modules released later are not included in the launch price and will have their own price.
9. Who it applies to
The launch price applies to the account activated with the reservation email. It is personal: it cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.
10. Relationship with the terms of service
These terms only govern the launch price. Subscribing to Faenup will be governed by the terms of service, which we will publish before you can subscribe and which will respect what this page says. Your data is processed according to the privacy policy.
